Eligibility Criteria

  • Employees with a minimum of 6 months employment (before March 2025) in any vertical related to the maritime industry.
  • Cadets from MTI's and seafarers on leave
  • Every entry must be signed & stamped by an authorized representative of the organization.

Entry Fees & Registration

  • Registration Opens: February 20, 2025
  • Limited Slots: First 50 organizations to register will be accepted
  • Participation Fee: ₹750 per participant/event
  • Uniform: All teams must wear their company colors and kits.

General Guidelines

  • Each company/institution can submit multiple entry per event.
  • Standard 4ft x 3ft organization flag to be submitted for ceremonies.
  • Cricket – It will be played with Soft ball, over the arm, having ten overs per innings .
  • Indoor Rowing – Singles 1000 mtrs upto 39 years those who have completed 39 age on 25th March 2025 no restriction on number of entries Singles 500 mtrs 40 years and above. No restriction on number of entries

Officiating & Fair Play

  • Events will be supervised by certified umpires & referees from the Maharashtra Olympic Association & State Sports Federations.
  • Participants must adhere to fair play standards, failing which disciplinary actions will be taken.

Games Rules

  • Athletics – 100 meters and 4x100 meters relay (Men and Women) – multiple entry per category per organization
  • Badminton – Singles and Doubles (multiple entry per event per organization)
  • Carrom – Singles and Doubles (multiple entry per event per organization)
  • Chess – Singles (multiple entry per organization)
  • Cricket – Soft ball 11 players per side with one reserve (multiple team per organization)
  • Darts – Singles (multiple entry per organization)
  • Futsal – 5 players per side with one reserve (multiple team per organization)
  • Golf – Multiple entry per organization (invitation to be extended to Indian Army/Navy/Mumbai Police and host club)
  • Indoor rowing (Men and Women) – Singles:
    • 1000 meters up to 29 years (those who have completed 29 years on 25th March 2025, no restriction on the number of entries)
    • 750 meters 30 years to 49 years (no restriction on the number of entries)
    • 500 meters 50 years and above (no restriction on the number of entries)
  • Marathon – 10K (Men/Women) Timed Run. 1st/2nd/3rd position in all age categories.
    • 18 to 29 years
    • 30 to 44 years
    • 45 to 59 years
    • 60 and above
  • Pickle ball – Doubles (multiple entry per organization)
  • Swimming – 100 meters freestyle ( male/female) multiple entry per organization)
  • Table tennis – Singles and Doubles (multiple entry per event per organization)
  • 10K timed cyclotron for (Men/Women) with age categories. 1st/2nd/3rd position in all age categories:
    • 18 to 29 years
    • 30 to 44 years
    • 45 to 59 years
    • 60 and above
  • 5K run, 3K walkathon (No age or category restriction. OPEN entries, no restriction on the number of participants)
